Hi, I'm Jace He, a Grade 11 student from Vancouver, BC. I first became interested in economics because I realized it helps explain many of the things we see in everyday life, from prices in stores to decisions made by businesses and governments. I enjoy learning about how markets work, why people make certain choices, and how economic ideas can be applied to real-world situations. I think economics is an important subject because it helps us better understand the world around us and make more informed decisions instead of spending recklessly. In my free time, I like playing basketball, working out, and challenging myself academically. I'm looking forward to learning more about economics and exploring where it can take me in the future.
